🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Teaching & Training
Deliver engaging and interactive German language classes (A1 to B2 levels)
Use appropriate teaching methods, multimedia, and real-life scenarios
Support students with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills
Prepare lesson plans and conduct assessments
2.Course Design & Customization
Develop structured course content as per CEFR guidelines
Customize training for specific goals (academic, job-oriented, travel, etc.)
Update learning materials based on new trends and learner feedback
3.Student Mentoring
Conduct one-on-one sessions for doubt clearing
Track student progress, give regular feedback, and suggest improvement plans
Motivate and support learners to appear for exams like Goethe Zertifikat
4.Administrative & Coordination
Maintain student attendance and progress records
Coordinate with AashTech EduCare’s team for class scheduling, feedback, and improvement
Conduct orientation sessions or demo classes when required
5.Cultural Exposure
Share knowledge about German culture, etiquette, and lifestyle
Encourage participation in German-language speaking clubs or online communities
6.Examination Support
Prepare students for international certification exams (Goethe, TestDaF, TELC, etc.)
Conduct mock tests and help in registration guidance
