📋 Job Role & Responsibilities:
- ♟️ Teach chess to beginners, intermediate, and advanced-level students
- 🧠 Create engaging and structured lesson plans
- 🧑🏫 Conduct group classes and one-on-one training sessions
- 🏆 Train students for district, state, and national-level tournaments
- 📊 Track student performance and provide regular feedback
- 🗓️ Manage class schedules and maintain discipline
✅ Requirements:
- 📘 Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics
- 🧑🎓 Prior experience as a player or coach preferred
- 🗣️ Good communication skills in Tamil and/or English
- 🧑🏫 Ability to handle kids and school students
- 💻 Basic computer skills for online or digital coaching (optional)
