Degree in Engineering (B.Tech), Food Technology, M.Sc. in Food Science/Chemistry
1–5 years’ experience in FMCG production
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Oversee manpower allocation, production planning, line balancing, and monitoring of shop-floor efficiency
Control parameters such as weight, gauge, baking profiles, moisture, and ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, FSSAI formats
Execute root cause analysis for breakdowns, manage preventive actions, monitor wastage, and downtime metrics
Maintain hygiene in production areas and manage raw material traceability
💰 Salary Range & Culture
In Tirunelveli: ₹2.2 L – ₹6.5 L per annum (avg. ₹4 L), with 2-month typical notice
